Berrien High School Rebel Regiment

Auxiliary tryouts for the 2010-2011 school year will be held February 22-26.   Practice will begin at 3:30 and will end at 5:30 each day.  The audition will be held on Friday, February 26 beginning at 4:00.

We will have an information meeting for parents and students on Tuesday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school band room.  Detailed information will be discussed and important permission forms other required paperwork will be distributed.

The Rebel Regiment performed their last half time show of 2009 at the Mitchell County Game last Friday night.  With the temperature hovering in the low 40's, the band arrived in Camilla and set up in the visitors bleachers, along with a large crowd of BHS Football fans.  The game got underway and so did the band, cheering on the football team and keeping the crowd pumped up with plenty of music and cheers for everyone.  As the second quarter wound down, the band gathered near the stands to prepare for the show.  Band seniors prepared to give their last show performance, and the band had a moment of prayer before entering the field.
