Dear Parent, Your daughter is interested in becoming a member of the Berrien High School Regiment Auxiliaries for the 2008-2009 school year. If she is selected, there are specific responsibilities and obligations that your daughter must assume in order to qualify and remain part of the team. After reading the Berrien High school Auxiliary policy and procedures and understanding the rules that govern this program, and after your daughter has complete understanding of her responsibilities, please sign the Contract and Release Form and have your daughter sign and return to us on Monday, February 25th at practice. In addition to the release form, your daughter must also have 2 teacher evaluations/recommendations from current teachers. The approximate cost for each new dance line member is: $354.00The approximate cost for each new color guard member is: $375.00This includes field uniforms, shoes, tights, pep jackets, bags, summer camp and band T-shirt. Some expenses may be raised through a fundraiser that will start the week following tryouts. This is the ONLY fundraiser we will sponsor before all money is due. Being a member of the BHS Rebel Regiment Auxiliaries has so many rewards and is a valuable experience your daughter will remember for a lifetime. Additionally, your daughter will give pride and spirit to our school, students and community through her participation. We are delighted to offer your daughter the opportunity to join one of the finest organizations at our school and we look forward to a successful and great year! If you have questions concerning auxiliary policies and procedures please contact us. Please make all checks payable to Berrien High School Band and include your child’s name on the check. If you don’t have your money turned in by the deadlines, then you will be dropped from the team and the alternate girl will be given your spot!!!! Make sure you pay on time. Sorry, no exceptions!
