As Christmas approaches, we are all wrapped up in the excitement and frantic pace of preparing for this blessed holiday. However, one of our own Rebel Regiment Colorguard members has suffered a house fire and she needs our help.
Miranda Rowe and her family were not home when the fire started in their living room, and they are all safe. It is my understanding that the house suffered severe damage and Miranda's bedroom was a complete loss.
I have spoken with Mr. Denison and we want to set up a collection point in the band room at BHS for donations to the Rowe family.
I have not spoken to the Rowe family yet, but we are hoping to speak with them shortly so that we can get a list together of what they need (clothing sizes, etc).
